Data we receive
When you write to us or prepare an email using our forms, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, intended visit date and any content you choose to share. The forms open your own email app; this site does not store their fields or send them to a form server.
A prayer request may reveal religious beliefs, health information or other sensitive data. Avoid including sensitive information about other people without their permission. Photos and videos of activities may include images of identifiable people.
How we use your data
We use the data you send to answer your question, coordinate a visit or activity you request and respond to a prayer request. We do not use these messages for advertising or send newsletters simply because you contact us. If an activity requires other data or purposes, we will tell you before collecting it.
Authorized photos and videos are used to document and share La Cruz activities on this site. If an image allows religious beliefs or other sensitive data to be inferred, processing it requires express written consent. For minors, authorization must come from their legal representative, with their best interests taken into account.
Vercel hosts this site and provides aggregate usage statistics without analytics cookies. To view embedded content from Google, Meta or Instagram, you must first accept external content; see the cookie policy.
Providers and external links
Site hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel. When you activate an embedded map, video or post, your browser connects directly to Google or Meta, which may receive technical data and use cookies under their own policies. Links to social networks and Google Maps take you outside this site. Emails you send also pass through your email provider and ours. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection (ARCO rights), limit the use or disclosure of your data and withdraw your consent where applicable. Write to privacidad@lacruz.mx with your name, a way to respond, the right you wish to exercise, the data concerned and the information needed to verify your identity or representation. We will communicate our response within the legal period of 20 business days; if the request is granted, we will act on it within the following 15 business days, unless a legal extension applies.
You may also ask us to remove an image of you or a minor in your care. Include the page or photograph so we can locate it. We will review the request and restrict its publication as appropriate.
Retention and security
We keep messages only as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted to the team that needs to handle them. If the purposes or this notice change, we will publish the updated version on this page and, when required by law, ask for new consent.
